Sifa completed her articles with DUKE & COMPANY and became an associate at the firm in August 2019. In addition to receiving her LLB from the University of Kent (UK), a Bachelor of Arts  in History from the University of Manitoba, and a Master of Laws (LLM) from Osgoode Hall Law School.

During her articles, Sifa regularly represented clients in Child Welfare matters, as well as parenting and child support issues before the Alberta Court of Justice. She also appeared on behalf of clients for various applications at the Alberta Court of King’s Bench. Her practice has taken her across Alberta, including Edmonton, Calgary and smaller communities such as St. Paul, Lac La Biche, Peace River, and Fort McMurray.

Sifa is actively engaged in her community through volunteer work and is fluent in both English and French. Outside of her legal practice, she enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, and spending quality time with her family.
